As a father’s day celebration and a super late summer outing of our family, we spent our weekend at Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country Club in Lipa, Batangas. It’s Tash’s first out-of-town vacation, and we’re all excited!
Tash’s excited first-time mom and dad bought her Mustela sunblock and a yellow baby floater.
Just when I thought that everything’s ready for Tash’s first outing, I realized that my mommy brain missed an item in the long baby travel essentials list! I forgot to bring Tash’s body wash! ☹ Good thing Tash’s 3-year-old cousin Ate Klara was with us, and we we just borrowed her body wash during our overnight vacation.
As a first-time mom, I had a hard time packing baby’s things. When I was single, I can pack my stuff in 15 minutes and make them fit in one small travel bag. But now that I’m a mom, there’s more than one bag to pack!
I’m sure that there will be more trips to come for Baby Tash, and my unreliable mommy memory will surely fail again at some point. So to serve as my guide for future baby travels, here’s a post on what to put inside the baby bag when traveling. Below is my baby travel checklist, which other moms may find useful too. 😊 This list will come in handy every time we travel.

You did such a great job! I agree with the plastic bags for soiled diapers! I actually carry ziploc bags with me in my diaper bag for soiled diapers. Just a courtesy thing, especially when we are at our childless friends homes 😉

such a good list! I just traveled out of town with Lia too and I think I made like 2903859043854 lists and checked everything over and over because I was so afraid I would forget and I was in another country lol!
