Creating Cookies and Cream Ref Cake with Nestle All Purpose Cream

I saw a photo of Millennial Moms PH creating Mango Graham Icedrops, and it inspired me to #createwithcream once again. 👩‍🍳 I’ve been using Nestle Cream to make ref cakes since I was still single. Of course, it’s the easiest dessert to make, right? 😅 But with the right amount of Nestle cream mixed with other ingredients, a simple dessert recipe can end up as a family favorite! 👨‍👩‍👧 I’m glad I can now bond with my daughter by making ref cakes. Feeling niya expert si Mommy! 😂

Today, we did Cookies and Cream cake. 😍

The ingredients are:
-1 pack 125 ml Nestle Cream
-1/3 cup condensed milk
-1 tbsp melted butter
-4 pcs graham crackers (crushed)
-4 pcs cookies and cream (crushed)

  1. Mix graham crackers, crushed cookies, and butter. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Whisk NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and crushed cookies and cream until light and smooth. Pour into the serving container.
  3. Top with more crushed cookies and refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled.
