Who wouldn’t be excited to know that there’s such a thing as National Pampering Day? Humans as we are, we all want some “me” time to pamper ourselves once in a while. For all the hard work, the stress, the fatigue we’ve patiently put up with, we deserve a break. We owe ourselves a relaxing treat.
Nailaholics Nail Salon and Spa knows that very well. After all, it prides itself as the “country’s go-to pampering destination”. So on October 17, 2017, Nailaholics declared a National Pampering Day to give hardworking Filipinos a pampering treat in their different branches nationwide. 😊
I was one of the #blessed Filipinos yearning for some “me time” who experienced real pampering at Nailaholics. During my lunch break at work, I went to Nailaholics at Robinsons Galleria to have my nails prettified. 😊
Upon entering the nail salon, I was greeted “Happy National Pampering Day” by their enthusiastic nail technicians. I was given three options that are all hard to resist: free manicure, free foot spa or free foot massage. Of course, I wanted to pick “all of the above”, but since Nailaholics would like to treat as many Filipinos as possible, they had to limit the number of free pampering service per individual to only one. So I picked the free manicure option. 😊
With its fervent desire to serve customers with the highest level of technical expertise and genuine care, Nailaholics launched the #RealPampering campaign. Now on its second year, Nailaholics’ National Pampering Day aims not only to give customers free pampering session but also to financially support the advocacies of World Vision (Rehabilitation of Marawi), PAWS (Adoption of Stray Dogs), and Save Philippine Seas (Save our marine life). Every visitor who gets a free Nailaholics service gets to donate PHP10 through Nailaholics to one of the three abovementioned organizations.
It was really worthwhile that I spent my lunch break at Nailaholics on the day of National Pampering.
Whether it’s National Pampering Day or not, let’s not forget to pamper ourselves once in a while. It’s a healthy habit.
