Savoy Boracay Review: A Family-Friendly Hotel Perfect for Your First Boracay Trip

Before you can enjoy the pristine waters and white sands of Boracay, there are several important items to check off your travel list — especially if you’re traveling with a toddler.

When my husband and I first planned our long-awaited family trip to Boracay with our three-year-old, we knew we had to be extra thoughtful about where we would stay. If it were just the two of us, we could easily book a cozy hostel and call it a day. But traveling with a toddler meant comfort, safety, and kid-friendly amenities were top priorities.

After some days of online searching, I discovered Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast. Located within Boracay Newcoast, the hotel is part of Megaworld Corporation’s Megaworld Hotels & Resorts.

I’m glad I trusted my instincts and booked rooms at Savoy Boracay for our family trip. This hotel made our first Boracay family vacation truly blissful. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel in Boracay, read on to find out why Savoy Boracay should be on your list!

Comfortable, Clean Rooms

Our room at Savoy Boracay was exactly what we hoped for: spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — essential for a family trip.

What made it even better? The private veranda overlooking the pool. It became our favorite spot to relax while our toddler played.

In-house Resto with Options for the Whole Family

Savoy Hotel Boracay’s in-house restaurant serves delicious meals that adults no doubt will love. But what we appreciated more was that the hotel’s resto offered a variety of toddler-friendly food (pancake, cereals, juices). Knowing there were delicious options for our little one made mealtimes smooth and worry-free.

Peaceful, Family-Friendly Location in Station Zero

Unlike the more crowded areas of Boracay, Station Zero is known for being peaceful and laidback. Staying here meant we were far from the busy nightlife of Stations 1, 2, and 3 — making it the perfect spot for families with young children.

In September, it was like we reserved the entire shore for our little family. We loved the serene beach area, where our toddler could safely play by the shore without the overwhelming crowds.

Convenient Shuttle Service to Main Boracay Beaches

Although we enjoyed the tranquility of Station Zero, it was great to know we could easily visit the livelier parts of Boracay. Savoy Boracay’s shuttle service made trips to White Beach and D’Mall convenient and comfortable. For me, this is an important factor when you’re traveling with a toddler who needs naps and snack breaks.

Nice Pool Area

Our family had a great time at the hotel’s pool area. After enjoying the Boracay beach, we continued the fun at Savoy Boracay’s pool. We played in the water and took lots of family photos.

Kids’ Play Area

Another reason why Savoy Boracay is one of the best hotels for families in Boracay is its kids’ play area. After pool time, our toddler had a safe and colorful space to run, play, and make new friends.

Spa

After a long day, parents can enjoy a relaxing massage at Savoy Hotel Boracay’s in-house spa.

IG-worthy Photo Areas

Like any millennial mom, I’m always on the lookout for beautiful spots where my little girl can strike a pose for a quick photo session. Good thing Savoy Hotel Boracay has plenty of them.

On-Site Souvenir Shop

Lastly, having a souvenir shop inside the hotel was a big plus. It was so convenient to grab pasalubongs and souvenirs without needing to plan another trip into town — especially when managing a toddler’s unpredictable energy levels!

The only downside I found with staying at Savoy Hotel Boracay is that it’s really far from the main stations. You can’t easily explore other areas whenever you want, especially if you’re traveling with little kids. You really have to wait for the hotel shuttle. Other than that, the hotel is a fantastic choice.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly Boracay hotel that’s comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for parents traveling with young children, we highly recommend Savoy Boracay. From the clean and comfy rooms to the convenient amenities, everything was geared toward making our first Boracay family trip easy, relaxing, and unforgettable.
