March is always a special month for our family. We celebrate two meaningful occasions. The first is our sweet Yomi’s birthday. The second is the anniversary of when my husband and I officially became a couple. This year, we decided to mark the milestones with a family staycation at The Bellevue Manila in Alabang.

Family-Friendly Comfort

We booked a Deluxe Room, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Even with the kids moving around and our bags scattered (as they always are with kids in tow), it still felt roomy and relaxing. The bed was comfy, and the room had all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. Just like how it was described in other Bellevue Manila reviews I’ve read.

The Bellevue Manila Review: Pool and Play Area

The hotel’s kid-friendly swimming pool was a hit with our little ones. There’s a shallow kiddie pool that’s safe for toddlers. Just a few steps away is a small playground area perfect for post-swim fun.

Beside the pool, there’s also an indoor playroom called Bellevue Kids Club. It’s a great choice when the kids want to keep playing. This is especially useful when the sun’s too intense. Unfortunately, it opens around 10 am so it was still closed when we dropped by before our check-out.

Breakfast Buffet and Nearby Food Options

Our room included complimentary breakfast buffet for two at Qsina, Bellevue’s in-house restaurant. We just added around P600+ for our eldest (since kids aged 7 and up are charged). The buffet offered a decent variety of breakfast staples—rice meals, breads, fruits, cereals, and more.

There are kid-friendly choices in the buffet like pancakes, waffles, colorful cereals, and juices.

But while the in-house resto was great, one thing I really appreciated as a parent was the hotel is located within walking distance of convenience stores, fast food chains, and coffee shops. When the kids started craving Yakult or their favorite snacks, we simply walked to the nearby stores. We didn’t have to drive out or rely solely on the hotel menu.

Instagram-Worthy Corners

The Bellevue Manila offers plenty of Instagram-worthy spots. These range from the poolside to the elegant lobby staircase. It’s the perfect place to capture our family’s precious bonding moments. As a millennial mom, I love taking photos of my Gen Alpha daughters. I especially enjoy capturing moments when we are on a family vacation. 📸
