Following its inaugural race, which brought together 5,000 runners in January 2026, DailyFix Power Run returns in partnership with RunRio, inviting more Filipinos to welcome the new year with movement, personal milestones, and a renewed commitment to everyday wellness.

The event features five categories:

• 3K — For beginners taking their first steps into organized running
• 5K — For those building consistency or working toward a personal milestone
• 10K — For runners ready to take on a longer-distance challenge
• 16K — The new category for experienced runners looking to test their endurance
• 1K Dog — For fur parents who want to get moving with their four-legged companions

The new 16K category offers a bigger endurance challenge, while the 10K, 5K, and 3K distances welcome participants with different levels of running experience. The 1K Dog category also gives fur parents a fun opportunity to enjoy an active experience with their canine companions.

The inaugural event showed that joining a race isn’t always about competition or finishing at the top. One first-time participant who described themselves as a non-runner joined simply to have fun and try something new. Despite having zero expectations, they finished feeling proud and motivated to do it again.

Participant Kristine Dela Cruz also described the inaugural event as a “must-wait” and a “must-join” run for the following year.

By offering more ways to participate, DailyFix Power Run hopes to encourage more Filipinos to set personal goals, discover the joys of movement, and become part of a growing running community.
